- We listen to your load needs to make sure that we understand the requirements of your load. We put your load in front of hundreds of preferred carriers and get the best rate from the carrier that best fits your needs.
- We check the safety rating of each carrier for each individual load. This includes checking the vehicle and driver inspection reports as well as the accident and overall safety records. We will make sure that the trust you put in us is well founded. We won't give your load to just anyone.
- We check carrier's insurance. We don't just take for granted that the carrier is adequately insured, we actually call the carrier's insurance company to verify coverage. We then ask the insurance company to add us as a certificate holder for the carrier. This means that if there is ever a claim issue; there will be no question as to whether or not that carrier was working for us. We are then faxed a copy of the carrier's insurance certificate with our name on it. We would be happy to provide you a copy for proof of insurance.
- We set the appointments and dispatch the trucks ourselves.
- We consistently monitor your load. We stay in contact with the driver throughout the course of the day so that should a situation develop, we are alerted immediately. We, in turn, notify you without delay and proceed to handle the situation. With G First Logistics you will never be the last to know.

- We call the consignee after your shipment has been delivered to verify there were no problems.
