You have to hold yourself accountable for everything - the good and the bad.
 
Luck - that's nonsense.
 
Everything that happens in your trucking business is the result of your work & planning or lack thereof.
 
Everything.
 
Stop blaming the economy or the season or whatever.

With this series you are being given many tools you need to be hugely successful.
 
Start counting on yourself. Make plans and stick to them.
 
You will be the reason your company succeeds or fails.

With the amount of information so easily available today, you can find solutions to virtually any challenge or crisis you may have in your trucking business.

Hold accountabilty meetings for yourself.

Set a time in your schedule weekly to list your business goals & challenges. List what you can do to reach or overcome them. Focus on solutions...

If you don't know what to do, look for the information online or a library & research it. You can read books, industry publications, listen to training CD's while driving.

Then take action on your goals & challenges. Give yourself a deadline for that action. At your next weeks meeting, look at your notes to see how you did. Make new goals weekly.

Be sure to be honest and hold yourself accountable.

Make this a habit daily, weekly & you will see great results!
