Why do I have to enter my credit card information?

We ask for billing information for two reasons:

  • The primary reason is to prevent individuals and SPAM bots from abusing our FREE-trial offer.  We don't know you yet (but we look forward to getting to know you soon!) and we have found this is the only way to validate honest individuals, such as yourself, from those who have other intentions.  In the past we have had some people repeatedly sign up with false account information and took advantage of the opportunity to test drive the service.
  • The second reason is a convenience for you.  If you decide to cancel your trial, you may do so at any time up to the day your trial ends.  But for those (hopefully like yourself!) that want to continue to enjoy the benefits of the ExpediteLoads.com freight load board community, they can continue without any interruption of service or have to, in effect, re-sign up with all of their billing information.

We want to provide a great experience and service for you and hope you understand our fraud prevention and convenience efforts.
